We took a day trip to see the beautiful Oregon coast. It was a little cool and windy at the beginning but it warmed up slightly for our Subway picnic. Parker was the tough guy of the family and got in the freezing water to do some skim boarding. Calla is quite the beach girl and got halfway in as well! We stopped for some yummy ice cream and cheese in Tillamook on our way home. Oregon is truly a gorgeous place for the few months in the summer when it isn't raining!

ahhhh i just got so excited when i read that parker (who i don't even know by the way) is going to the czech republic on his mission. that is where i went and i never hear of anyone going there! tell him that he is going to the coolest place ever. i am so jealous. he will LOVE IT.
