One and a Half

Where do I start to describe my Calla girl? She is getting so big and has quite the personality! She is definitely a busy body and there is never a dull moment with her around. Her current hobbies and interests include helping (unloading the dishwasher, folding clothes, making pancakes, making the bed, sweeping the floor), reading books, putting on makeup, climbing onto the counter top, going to the park, riding her and her dad's bike, taking a bath, putting on hats, going to Target to see the red ball, and dancing. She is a little techie and has mastered the iPhone, DVD player, and computer. She is a fanatic of Baby Signing time and has quite the ASL vocabulary. I think her sign language skills have helped with her speech development because she doesn't ever stop talking. She probably says over 100 different words. Some of my favorite words/phrases of hers are: milk (pronounced nook), peacock, noodle, I love you too, Where are they?, turtle, and banana (nanny). She loves giving kisses/loves and is definitely a momma's girl! She is a little bit stubborn and can be a drama queen at times (she gets that from her dad :) ) She loves to be tickled and will ask for more tickles when you stop. She loves dipping her food into sauces and would eat a whole bottle of ketchup or ranch dressing plain. When she wakes up she immediately tells me what she wants to eat for breakfast, usually it's a nanny and a pancake. She loves her vegetables and would probably be happy eating peas and carrots for the rest of her life! I never imagined how much joy she would bring to our lives. I love my little munckin Calla balla!
I think her Dad forgot to do her hair.
