After the wedding in Newport Beach we headed down to San Diego to spend a few days with Don and Denise. Cyd and Mike came down as well and we had a great time hanging out by the pool. The kitchen was being remodeled so we enjoyed eating all of our meals outside. We were able to see Grandma Doris the day she came home from rehab where she had spent a few weeks after her hip fracture. She looks great and gave us a tour of her amazing 1930's museum in her basement. We of course ate at Roberto's way too many times and had to visit Ichiban for sushi. After we got home Calla kept telling us that she wanted to go back to California. She won't have to wait long since we're headed back in August for Meg's wedding!
