Fun Times

While my Mom was in town she told Calla that a princess (Princess Kate) was going to get married on tv and that we needed to watch it. Ever since then Calla has been in princess mode. She refers to me as Princess Momma and tells me to call her Princess Calla. She was also calling Curtis Princess for awhile but he finally talked her into calling him King Daddy. We went to watch the BYU Young Ambassadors and she was thrilled to see a princess dance during the show. She ran up the aisle and started twirling like the princess. I had several people tell me that she stole the show!

Ashtyn is a crack up these days. She is officially mobile and keeps me laughing all day long. She doesn't babble much but instead spits all day long. She is so lady-like! She finds the funniest things to play with. Some of her favorites: power cords, anything black colored, door stops, brooms, and plastic chairs. She is a quick little crawler and makes a bee line to me the minute I come home from work. Her hair still sticks straight up and has a mind of its own. I love my silly girls!
Almost every night Calla takes the neighbor's dog Mugsy for a walk.

Calla ran her first "race". She ran 1/3 of a mile without stopping at the Cub Scout 5K. She was the youngest runner!

Meet "Dudolph the red-nosed Bambi" as Calla likes the call him.
