Gong Xi Fai Chai!

aka Happy Chinese New Year! We had some friends over to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit with food and games. We dined on homemade spring rolls, potstickers, edamame, mongolian beef, gailan (chinese broccoli), durian candy, and hot fudge sundaes. We had cash filled red envelopes for the kids, held chopstick races, and had a tangram challenge. I love reminiscing about my days spent in Singapore and I can't believe I haven't taken Curtis to Asia. We are excited to visit Tanner and Katie in Shanghai soon!
