We went to Dallas over Labor Day weekend to visit the Nixons and check out the BYU game in the new Cowboys stadium. Sheree is my best friend from college who set Curtis and I up! We owe her big time! We had a blast playing with our kids and catching up. Some of the highlights:
- BYU 14....Oklahoma 13! Go cougars!
- Free food- A new restaurant called BJ's is opening soon so we went to a practice run and had free dinner. We also had free Chick-Fil-A for wearing our BYU shirts and free Texas BBQ before the game.
- Speed Rumikub!
- Wrestlemania with Andrew and Eva- they are tough kids!
- Listening to Eba (Eva) talk and change outfits 10 times a day! She is hilarious!
- Catching up with our other friends from BYU, the Crofts, who live just down the street from the Nixons.
- Playing tennis, visiting the playground, hanging at the pool.
Thanks for a fun trip Sheree and John! Too bad we don't live closer!

We sat next to our friends from Charlotte, Kurt and Steve. Steve is a die hard Sooner and Cougar fan. We sat about 17 rows up from the field.

Wow, I bet Curtis was in HEAVEN at that stadium. I know Jer would have been. Jer's bro Josh lives in Dallas and he was at the game as well. We saw the staidum being built two years ago, I can't believe how HUGE it is! How fun that you got to spend time with Sheree. :)

Finally checking in on the blog. Love the pic of Calla with all her accessories. You need to buy the book Fancy Nancy because I think Calla is on her way... Miss you already. Move to Dallas, not SD.
