This year we spent Thanksgiving in San Diego! Calla has now been on 10 flights! Not bad for only being 4 months old! We flew in Thanksgiving morning just in time to cook with Denise and Megan (Curtis' mom and sister). We had a yummy dinner with some of the Holder family (Grandma Doris, Don and Denise, Megan, Barb and Poochie, Lisa and Darren, and the Alexanders) Fresh turkeys are totally worth it, it was the best I've ever had. Curtis was sad he missed out on turkey bowl and Roberto's was closed on Thursday, double whammy! He was really excited for some pre-turkey 3 rolled tacos. Don't worry we made it up by going there 2 out of the next 3 days and of course we made it to In and Out Burger and Pipes as well. We always eat so healthy when we visit SD! On Friday we went to Curtis' 10 year high school reunion! It was not the most exciting thing I've been to but Curtis had a great time. It probably didn't help that I had lost my voice so I couldn't really talk to anyone! It was interesting to meet his old high school buddies. Several of his classmates told me he was the one person they were looking forward to seeing the most! I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing! We also got together with Tanner and Katie and were able to see my friend Kanako who I met while we lived in Singapore.
