Calla and I just got back from spending a few days in Vegas! A week ago I found out I have a lot of CME money ($ from work to spend on education) left to spend before the end of the year. Luckily I was able to find a endocrinology conference in Vegas to go to so I booked my trip on Sunday and we left on Thursday! The most amazing part is that my flight was only $300! The conference was from Fri-Sun and was only a 1/2 day so I got to spend a lot of time with Mike, Cyd, Avery, Peyton, Brooklyn, and my Mom! When my mom heard I was coming she couldn't miss out so she found a cheap last minute ticket as well. My sister is moving in a week so we managed to get a few boxes packed in between shopping, eating, trick-or-treating, and watching Avery play soccer. Calla was held every minute and was constantly entertained by her cousins. Too bad they live so far away! Luckily my CME money will renew at the beginning of the year!
